The FIFA is the intitution who makes the rules the soccer and the organices the tournament also. FIFA was founded in Paris on May 21, 1904 in French . It is interesting see who much money FIFA moves around the world. One of my favorites teams is Barcelona . When they play I have to see the game it someting importan for me.
